Welcome to our Official Webpage. We are AKC Chihuahua breeders based out of Baytown Texas. Baytown is located in South East Texas, approximately 1 hour from the Louisiana Border. We feed our dogs Purina Pro-Choice Food and provide 24/7 love and care for all of our dogs from day #1. Our Chihuahuas are well cared for and we invest a lot of time and money in all of our dogs. That being said, if you are expecting a $300 Dollar Chihuahua, you are in the wrong place. Our prices start at $1600.00 for Limited Registration. We invest a lot of love in our dogs to make sure we are selling healthy and quality Chihuahuas.  All of our puppies come home-raised, pre-spoiled, and with all age appropriate vaccines. We put a lot of careful consideration into prospective breeding and strive to perfect our Chihuahuas features. We maintain an eligibility list for prospective buyers. We also have a Contract for all of our prospective buyers as well. Our Chihuahua's are bred from healthy, Health Tested bloodlines and we offer Smooth and Long Coat Chihuahua Puppies. Our dogs are kept indoors and we are currently a Merle free Kennel. Our bloodlines do not contain the Merle Gene at the present time, however, we do plan to have a Merle line in the future. We strive to raise Quality Chihuahuas who meet AKC Breed Standards. Our puppies are always our pets first and come with limited AKC registration. Full AKC Registration will be considered but is subject to certain conditions. Our dogs have wonderful temperaments and are used to being hugged and kissed. We will perform DNA coat color tests our dogs to ensure we are breeding responsibly. S&N Royal Chihuahua's also participates in specific health testing in the following procedures:

Our dogs will be tested by Embark, a DNA Health Test for over 160 + known health issues.  This will determine if they also carry a health problem. We have our dogs tested for the following common breed diseases:
Malignant Hyperthermia
Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis
Progressive Retinal Atrophy - crd4/cord1
Progressive Retinal Atrophy - prcd
Spinocerebellar Ataxia with Myokymia and/or Seizures.
We also O.F.A. Health Test all our dogs over one year of age for The following
Eyes
Patellas
Heart
Degenerative Myelopathy
Congenital Macrothrombocytopenia

We honor and challenge other breeders to conform to the same standards in their breeding programs. We are HUGE Chihuahua lovers and are proudly part of a small, tight network of breeders who are dedicated to bettering the breed by concentrating on the health testing, improving appearance, and maintaining desirable temperaments of our dogs. We only breed purebred AKC Chihuahuas who have undergone the above Health Testing.

Our Chihuahua puppies are raised with constant love and attention. Our puppies are raised around young children.  They will easily adapt to your home and family. In an attempt to help prepare puppies for their new homes, socialization begins very early for our Chihuahuas. We try to familiarize our Chihuahuas to common sounds in a busy household to help them get accustomed to puppy life. They are kept around the family and will be familiar with common household sounds.  All puppies come with a blanket that smells like their littermates and mom. Puppies will also come with a Welcome kit containing birth photos, 2, 4, 6, and 8-week photos of your puppy, as well as Purina Pro-Choice puppy kit.
