S&N Royal Chihuahua's Health Guarantee            and our Terms and Conditions

S&N Royal Chihuahuas guarantees the pet to be in good health at time
of sale. S&N Royal Chihuahua’s does not assume any liability for any
injury to said pet after delivery. The buyer(s) agrees to have the pet examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.                      

If the said pet is found to be unhealthy by the buyer(s) veterinarian, it shall be returned immediately to S&N Royal Chihuahuas, and the purchase price will be returned or pet will be exchanged when another is available.  All appropriate vaccinations and wormings for the pet's age have been given, and a health record has been supplied.                                                                             

This is not guarantee that all internal parasites are gone however; even with the best de-wormers sometimes a pet may still have worms. Buyer(s) agree to continue with regular worming as recommended by their veterinarian.         

Under no circumstances shall inappropriate vaccinations be given (Lepto Is NEVER GIVEN TO A TOY BREED) or Rabies prior to 6 months of age to a Toy Breed. Buyer(s) have been provided with the latest vaccinations protocols.

Buyer(s) have been made aware and given information regarding the negative effects of spay/neuter of said pet before finished growing.
The buyer(s) agree to maintain the pet's health in good condition, and to provideyearly exams, vaccinations, heartworm, flea-tick prevention and any other usual procedures to ensure good health. Buyer(s) agree to carefully read all the information provided and agrees to comply fully with seller's recommendations.                                                                                                       

S&N Royal Chihuahuas has done everything possible to produce a sound pet both by breeding only adults (parents) that are free from known health defects, and by removing adults that have been found to have genetic problems. We raise our pups in the best way possible in regard to socialization, exercise, diet, and most of all love.                                                

If a genetic problem should arise in the first two years of life of said pet, resulting on the loss of life of the said “pet” or if the problem requires euthanasia, the said buyer(s) Veterinarian must send NOTICE to S&N Royal Chihuahuas within 2 days of diagnosis via certified mail including copies of a licensed Veterinarian's diagnosis. S&N Royal Chihuahua’s will be given the options of a second opinion by a vet at their expense and choosing. At the discretion of S&N Royal Chihuahuas, one of the following choices will be offered:
• A refund of the purchase price of the said pet
• Another pet when available. If any problems are found of a genetic nature, it is the DUTY of the buyer(s) to notify S&N Royal Chihuahua’s so the breeding parents can be evaluated for this condition. There are many conditions that can influence growth and development, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, injury etc. The buyer(s) assume the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule as supplied by S&N Royal Chihuahuas.                                                                            

The breeder can offer no further guarantees once the care of the pet is no longer in our control. The buyer(s) agree that if at any time in the said pet's life that the buyer(s) cannot properly care for the said pet, the buyer(s) MUST contact S&N Royal Chihuahua’s and give first choice to:
1) Take the said pet back or
2) Assist the buyer in finding a suitable home for said pet
If the pet is returned to S&N Royal Chihuahuas, no exchange of monies
will take place. In the event of buyer(s) death and no loving home is found S&N Royal Chihuahuas will gladly have the return of said pet.
The buyer(s) agrees to never surrender said pet to a Shelter, Rescue Group or to SELL said pet to a pet store or Laboratory. The buyer(s) agree to notify sell of any change of address/phone # or email address during the pet's lifetime, and notify the seller upon the pet’s death (even of natural causes). This is so we can be updated on all our pet's health, and in case we have found a health issue you need to be aware of, we can notify YOU (extremely important).

The seller neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees expressed other than those written above. All sales will require a signed purchase agreement NO EXCEPTIONS!!
